So, because i am a big nerd who loves music and Excel, I spent a year creating my top 100 songs list. I started with over 5000 songs, which is why it took a year.
Looking at the list I realize that I am apparently a hopeless romantic with all of the adult contemporary songs on the list; although, many genres are represented.
This is interesting to me because I listen to mostly classic rock on the radio with an occasional change to an alt station when 97.1 the River plays Bon Jovi.
It is definitely very self indulgent to publish this list but I am single and have too much free time.
We start with song 100:
Maria by Blondie
This came out in 1999 when I was first getting into mp3s. I liked Blondie in their heyday but this later song is my favorite of theirs.
